Can the barrier be a % of a stat or does it have to be a whole number?
Currently it's only uses either flat number or the target is a % of a Max HP/MP.
Can I make the barrier be a % of a stats like ATK, DEF, AGI? Yes, I can.
I'll just update the plugin in a 6 hours.
