Patch Fix - Dual Cast (1.0.4)

I'm not a Big Company PR Departement so I'll get to the point.

I made a new plugin called Dynamic Scope which give more freedom when targeting, like targeting ally or enemy with same skill, which mean few adjustments are needed to made in this Dual Cast plugin to avoid errors.

Anyway the gist is... Old Dual Cast will resulting some bugs if used together with Dynamic Scope plugin so make sure to update to the latest version which is this version to avoid those bugs, that's all, thanks for your time.
