RPG Maker MZ Plugin - Dynamic Scope

[About]

Rpg Maker MZ by default only allows fixed / static Scope, ok what is a Scope? Scope is a targeting methods for skill, something like One Enemy, All Enemies, One Ally, etc. however with this plugin, you can make one skill to have multiple Scope for example, you can target either ally or enemy with same skill, you can also target one or all of them, literally you can make one skill to have four type of scope with this plugin.

Not just targeting, this plugin also come with a extra feature like a damage penalty, okay what is that? simply put... if you cast a skill Fire on single target, it does full damage but if you toggle the Fire 1 to target all enemies/allies, the damage will be decreased, something like aim one for full damage or spread them evenly among the enemies, Final Fantasy and other RPG players probably understand what I mean.

[Usage]

I recommend to not change the keys which toggle the targeting scope but of course you can set it to something like Shift or other keys but at your own risk.

Write down the notetags in a skill or item is note field, you can read the details on plugin help / description to understand what is for what, skill/item without notetags are not affected even if you pressed the toggle keys.

[Compatibility Risk] (10%)

This plugin works during Target Selection, so it's clashes with my Dual Cast System but don't worry I already fixed it so make sure to use the latest version if you do use my Dual Cast system, there's should be not any compatibility issues unless you're using some extreme plugin like my Dual Cast.
