RPG Maker MZ Plugin - Sort Skills

[About]

This plugin is not grand or anything, all it does is simply to make a extremely simple skill sorting menu, 

Long story short my game has too many skills so it's pain in the neck to scroll up and down whenever I need to do skill combination,  I'll probably keep making too many skills in future so I made this plugin which purpose is to sort the skills order so I can put the priority skills above and put the random miscellaneous skills at the bottom.

[Usage]

This plugin is plug and play, there's no need for notetags, the only parameters is for the help text which explains how to sort skill by pressing up/down to select skill and shift to moved the said skill up by one and lastly pressing OK (Z key / Enter) to save the changes in the skill list, obviously pressing Cancel (X key / ESC) will undo/not saved the skill list.

[Regarding Skil List]

The changes from sort skills menu are applied to both menu skill list and battle skill list even if a new skill is learned via level up or via event, I'm not sure whether it will work if you used a plugin which listing a skills not by default system.

When Sorting Skill, the skill will always returned to its default position to avoid error mostly caused when adding new skills to the current list.

During Sorting Skill, all skills regardless their type will be lumped as one as skill type may be different for each games, some people use 2 for skill and magic, another may use 3, or someone else might just use 1 for simplicity, however they will still grouped back to their original type outside of Sorting Skill menu.
